Cancellation

Trial Membership fee (Membership fee) is 1.95 EUR for the first 3 days. If You cancel your membership before the 3 days are up, there will be no further charge. The first payment of 65.85 EUR will be charged after 3 days, and subsequently as close as possible to this date each month. For example, if the first payment is due on January 31st, the next payment is due on February 3rd. Please note that You must cancel your membership before it renews for a subsequent month in order to avoid next month Membership fee. The Membership fees are charged automatically and on a recurring basis until you cancel your Membership. You can also cancel Your membership at any time. Refund Policy

At Sevrocuk sp. z o.o. we value any feedback and do everything to make our customers happy with our services. However, if You are not completely satisfied with our Services You can send the request according to the terms outlined below. The billing system used by the Site or our authorized agents provides extensive credit card fraud protection measures and includes many features to protect users from accidental charges. We will issue refunds in our sole and absolute discretion. We also do not accept refunds based on individual sensitivities or intolerances. If You believe that You for some reason deserve a refund of a prior membership fee, please email support@sportiveroom.com or give us a call +48 22 307 32 97. All requests for refunds must be made by the person who originally purchased the membership. Once we receive Your request, it will be reviewed and processed. In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, from the date You purchased Your membership. During this time period, You can contact us through Your Account, by email or by telephone to cancel Your purchase and request a refund. You expressly agree to us providing the Services to You immediately upon payment by You therefore You will receive a pro-rated refund based on the usage You have made of the Service.

We do not provide cash refunds; the requested transaction is refunded back to the customer by our authorized billing agent.

If an issued refund is for a recurring billing, only the most recent payment will be refunded. A refund for a recurring billing will result in an immediate cancellation of recurring service. On issuing a refund, the Site reserves the right to add the customer to the negative databases of our associated authorized billing agents, and to any third party fraud prevention agents associated with our products.
