Former professional rhythmic gymnast, Michelle Adams is one of those instructors who really know what hard work is. Now Michelle is a personal trainer who focuses on Aerobics and Strength pieces of training. In addition to that, Michelle is a big fan of a healthy lifestyle. In fact, she believes that healthy nutrition, regular exercising, and eight hours of sleep are the three key components of a long and happy life. Michelle says, “Fast food and passive lifestyle not only make us look older and gain weight, but also affects our general health. So if you want to feel energized and simply happy, you have to eat healthily and work out at least a few times a week.”
