Description:

It is a great full body workout which will challenge all the muscle groups. Lay back on a fitness mat. Bring your knees up so that they are perpendecular to the ground. In a controlled and slow motion try to pull each vertebrae of a spine up off the mat at one time. After the roll-up, get to a push-up position, make a push-up and get back to the starting position ready for the next roll-up.
